小儿支气管哮喘应用匹多莫德口服液治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的：分析小儿支气管哮喘应用匹多莫德口服液治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月～2014年10月本院收治148例支气管哮喘患儿临床资料，按照数字表法将患儿分成两组，对照组予以常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加以匹多莫德口服液治疗，比较两组疗效及治疗前后患儿抗体水平。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率94.94%大于对照组77.03%，治疗后研究组患儿抗体水平高于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小儿支气管哮喘应用匹多莫德口服液治疗的效果确切，既可以改善临床症状，还能提高机体抗体水平，增强机体免疫调节功能。%Objective To analysis of infantile bronchial asthma horse moder more oral liquid treatment effect.MethodsThe clinical data of 148 cases of bronchial asthma were analyzed in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014, according to the digital meter method, children will be divided into two groups, control group routine therapy, the team more than in the control group on the basis of horse moder oral liquid treatment,compared two groups of curative effect and treatment of children before and after the antibody level.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.94% higher than the control group 77.03%, the team with antibody level is higher than the control group after treatment, compare the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Children with bronchial asthma horse moder more oral liquid treatment effect is exact, can improve the clinical symptoms, it can improve the body antibody levels, strengthen the body's immune regulating function.
