老年患者麻醉临床问题分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical problems of anesthesia for elderly patients, and to take effective measures to deal with the problems during the process.Methods The clinical data of 100 senile patients were treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected, and the data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. On the speciifc circumstance of patients before surgery and anesthesia speciifc ways and during anesthesia management of patients with statistics and summary, and then the elderly patients in anesthesia some problems easily occurred in the process of detailed analysis and discussion.Results There are two main problems during the process of anesthesia for elderly patients. One is that blood pressure drops and the other is arrhythmia.Conclusion During the operation, careful observation and treatment of the patients are very positive for the elderly patients.%目的：对老年患者麻醉临床问题进行简要的分析和探讨，同时针对这一过程中出现的问题采取有效的措施进行处理。方法选取我院2012年7月～2014年7月收治的100例老年患者的临床资料，同时对这些患者的资料进行详细的回顾性分析。对患者在手术之前的具体情况和麻醉的具体方式以及麻醉期间对患者的管理进行统计和总结，然后对老年患者在麻醉过程中容易出现的一些问题进行详细的分析和探讨。结果老年患者在麻醉的过程中比较容易出现的问题主要有两个，一个是血压下降，另一个是心律失常。结论在手术期间对患者进行细致的观察，对症处置等措施，对老年患者的顺利麻醉有着十分积极的作用。
