FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology.;SUBSTANCE: before endotracheal narcosis it is necessary to carry out conduction anesthesia of sciatic nerve and, also, obturator, external cutaneous and femoral nerves due to one puncture in by the certain technique (Winnie's method) and while carrying out endotracheal narcosis one should inject narcotic analgesic preparation once directly before intubation.
