目的：研究综合护理干预在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2014年5月期间收治的110例宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇，分为观察组以及对照组，各55例，分别给予常规护理及综合性护理，对比两组产妇的护理满意度。结果两组产妇经护理后，观察组产妇的护理满意度高于对照组产妇，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对产妇采用综合护理干预，能减少宫缩乏力性产后出血的发生率。%Objective Study the application effect on comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selected 110 cases with uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage from February 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group, each group 55 cases, given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively, compared two groups with nursing care satisfaction. Results Lying-in women of two groups after nursing care, nursing care satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage occurrencc rate effectively.
