心理护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect on patients in operative period with uterine fibroids by psychological nursing in clinical. Methods Divided 96 patients with uterine fibroids into two groups randomly. Control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted psychological nursing based on the control group. Results The observation group 1 day, 3 day after preoperative SAS, SDS score, ambulation time, time of postoperative hospital stay were lower than control group, P<0.05, had difference statistical significantly. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve patients' anxiety and depression condition.%目的：讨子宫肌瘤手术患者进行心理护理的临床应用效果。方法随机将96例子宫肌瘤患者分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行心理护理。结果观察组术前第1天、术后第3天的 SAS、SDS评分、下床活动时间、术后住院时间均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论心理护理可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁情况。
