中医护理在小儿流行性腮腺炎的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：研究中医护理在小儿流行性腮腺炎中的效果。方法选择我院2012年9月～2013年9月小儿流行性腮腺炎患者70例，将其分为对照组及实验组。所有患者均采用常规护理，实验组在其基础上加用中药护理，记录两组患者的退热时间、消肿时间及有效率。结果实验组在平均退热时间以及消肿时间和治疗有效率上均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论中医综合护理能够增强小儿流行性腮腺炎的治疗效果，降低并发症，促进患者身体健康。%Objective To study the effect on traditional Chinese medicine nursing in pediatric mumps. Methods Selected 70 cases with pediatric mumps from September 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital, divided into the control group and experimental group. All of the patients with routine nursing, and the experimental group added to traditional Chinese medicine nursing, recorded the defervescence time, swelled time and efifcient rate of two groups. Results The experimental group in defervescence time and swelled time and treatment efifciency were better than the control group, P<0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of TCM can make the treatment effect of children mumps increased, to reduce complications, promote the patients health.
