舒适优质护理在医院儿科急淋患儿护理实践中的应用

摘要

Objective Explore and summary the best nursing model of pediatric patients in department of hemopathy, yet parents of children more confidence with the diagnosis. Methods Selected 100 cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia of pediatric in our hospital, given integral comfortable quality care precision quality care around the chemotherapy, and pay close attention to their recovery status, and record All the physiological indices. Results100 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the average hospital stay was (35.75±4.32) days. Complications in 22 patients, by careful treatment and care in a timely manner all passed chemotherapy to achieve discharge standards. Conclusion Quality of care chemotherapy has important implications for the reduction in chemotherapy complications and improve clinical results.%目的：探索并总结儿科血液病患儿最好的护理模式，让患儿家长更放心的配合诊疗。方法选取100例在我院儿科就诊的急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿，给予规范合理的围化疗期舒适优质护理，密切关注其恢复状况，并记录下整个过程中的生理指标。结果100例急性淋巴细胞白血病的患儿，平均住院时间（35.75±4.32）天。22例患儿产生并发症，通过及时的治疗和精心的护理全部顺利通过化疗期，达到出院标准。结论化疗期的护理质量对减少化疗后并发症和提高诊疗效果具有重要意义。
