精神障碍住院患者护理风险评估及安全防范的研究

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing risk profile and safety precautions measure of inpatient with mental disorders, guarantee medical safety. Methods Selected 200 patients with mental disorders in psychiatric hospital close treat area as the research object. Results Assessed nursing risk and security for inpatients with mental disorder, control of nursing risk effectively, guarantee medical safety. Conclusion Psychiatric nurses by patients with mental disorder nursing risk assessment and safety, so that patients get the best treatment effect during hospitalization.%目的：探讨精神障碍住院患者护理风险预测及有效安全防范措施，保障住院患者医疗安全。方法选择我院入住精神科封闭疗区治疗的200例精神障碍患者作为本次研究对象。结果通过对住院精神障碍患者护理风险评估及安全防范，有效地控制了护理风险的发生，保障了医疗安全。结论精神科护士通过对精神障碍患者护理风险评估及安全防范，使患者在住院期间得到最佳的治疗效果。
