Objective To explore the clinical application of anti-arrhythmic drugs for the treatment of patients with active and effective. Methods 49 cases of patients with clinical arrhythmia as the observed object, summarized studied medication. Results The patients receive arrhythmia corrected timely, serious adverse outcomes not occurred. Conclusion The development of anti-arrhythmic drug therapy will depend on the channel gradually molecular biology, the treatment will be more mature and reasonable.%目的:探讨抗心律失常药物的临床应用,为患者提供积极有效的治疗。方法采用49例临床心律失常患者作为观察对象,对其药物治疗进行总结研究。结果本组患者心律失常得到及时纠正,未发生严重不良结果。结论抗心律失常药物治疗的发展将逐渐依赖通道分子生物学,治疗将更趋成熟合理。
