门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖对初诊2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响

摘要

目的：探讨采用门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊2型糖尿病后患者胰岛功能的变化。方法随机选取我院2012年11月～2014年9月期间收治的初诊2型糖尿病患者47例，采用门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖对患者进行治疗，对治疗前后患者血糖水平、胰岛素β细胞功能的变化情况进行观察。结果患者经治疗后，其胰岛素分泌明显。%Objective Investigate islet function in patients using insulin aspart 30 combined after acarbose therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.MethodsRandomly selected in our hospital in November 2012 -2014 period September diagnosed 47 cases of type 2 diabetes, insulin aspart 30 combined use of acarbose treatment of patients, blood glucose levels before and after treatment in patients with insulin β-cell function the changes were observed.Results Patients after treatment, signiifcantly increased insulin secretion, IR decreased, IS significantly increased, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using insulin aspart 30 combined acarbose therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, the effect is signiifcant, can effectively promote the recovery of patients with pancreatic islet cell function and control blood sugar levels, it is recommended to further promote in clinical practice.
