门诊口腔科患者常见的心理问题分析及护理体会

摘要

Objective To explore the routine outpatient dental patient psychological problems, and take care of targeted measures.Methods From June 2012 - June 2013 80 cases of oral disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases; two groups of patients for adverse psychological improvement and satisfaction with care were observed and compared.Results Observed psychological problems of anxiety and depression improvement is beter than the control group data signiifcantly different (P<0.05), there are statisticaly signiifcant.ConclusionPatients for outpatient dental care targeted psychological intervention effect is signiifcant, worthy of promotion and use in the clinic.%目的：探究门诊口腔科患者常规的心理问题，并采取有针对性的护理措施。方法抽取2012年6月～2013年6月80例口腔疾病患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各40例；对两组患者不良心理改善情况及对护理的满意度进行观察比较。结果观察组焦虑及抑郁心理问题改善效果优于对照组，两组数据差异明显（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论对于门诊口腔科患者来说采取有针对性的心理护理干预措施效果显著。
