小剂量盐酸氯丙嗪穴位注射治疗神经衰弱失眠临床疗效观察

Objective To investigate the clinical application of small doses of chlorpromazine point injection treatment of neurasthenia, insomnia clinical efficacy.Methods50 cases of patients with debilitating nervous insomnia were randomly divided into acupoint injection group and the conventional treatment group, the conventional treatment group were given benzodiazepine class of drugs, physical therapy, acupuncture group were given injections of small doses of chlorpromazine hydrochloride acupoint injection therapy, physical therapy, observed sleep quality scores and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results Acupoint injection group were signiifcantly higher sleep quality score improved conventional treatment group,P<0.05, signiifcant difference. The two groups were statistically signiifcant differences in adverse events (P<0.05).Conclusion Low doses of chlorpromazine point injection treatment of neurasthenia, insomnia clinical efifcacy, will help to improve the quality of sleep in patients, and secure, it is recommended to use.%目的：观察临床应用小剂量盐酸氯丙嗪穴位注射治疗神经衰弱失眠临床疗效。方法50例神经衰弱失眠患者随机分为穴位注射组和常规治疗组，常规治疗组给予苯二氮卓类药物、物理治疗，穴位注射组给予小剂量盐酸氯丙嗪穴位注射治疗、物理治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量评分和不良反应。结果穴位注射组患者睡眠质量评分改善高于常规治疗组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。两组患者不良反应差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小剂量盐酸氯丙嗪穴位注射治疗神经衰弱失眠临床疗效确切，有利于改善患者睡眠质量，且安全可靠。
