波及距下关节跟骨骨折的手术方法及临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探究与分析波及距下关节跟骨骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法选取我院自2012年2月～2014年2月收治的波及距下关节跟骨骨折患者50例，将其作为研究对象，对其采用切开复位内固定术治疗，观察该组患者的临床疗效。结果该组患者共50例，在手术治疗后切口均获得良好愈合，未出现创口感染及皮缘坏死的情况，术后3个月内骨折均愈合。按照Maryland足部评分对该组患者的临床疗效进行评价，其中疗效为优17例，占34.00%，良23例，占46.00%，可8例，占16.00%，差2例，占4.00%，优良率为80.00%。结论针对波及距下关节跟骨患者采用切开复位内固定治疗可取得显著临床效果。%Objective To explore and analyze surgical methods spread subtalar calcaneal fracture and clinical efifcacy.Methods In our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 admitted spread subtalar calcaneal fractures were 50 cases, as a research object, its use of open reduction and internal fixation treatment, observation of this group of patients clinical efifcacy.ResultsA total of 50 cases of this group of patients after surgery have received good healing incision, wound infections and cases of skin lfap necrosis does not appear within three months after the fracture healed. According to the clinical efficacy of Maryland Foot Score this group of patients evaluated the efifcacy of which is excellent in 17 cases, accounting for 34.00%, good in 23 cases, accounting for 46.00%, 8 cases, accounting for 16.00%, the difference between two cases, accounting for 4.00 percent, good rate of 80.00%. Conclusion You can achieve significant clinical results for patients affected subtalar calcaneus using open reduction internal ifxation, worthy of promotion and application.
