抗CCP抗体和RF对类风湿性关节炎诊断价值的比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of comparison of anti CCP antibody and RF in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.MethodsFrom 2014 January to 2015 January in our hospital 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis as a patient group, and selected the same period to healthy people 60 cases of hospital health examination as normal group, two groups were in the early morning of venous blood for anti CCP antibody and RF detection, calculation compared with two kinds of detection methods the sensitivity, speciifcity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value and the total coincidence rate.Results In the two groups of patients with positive rate comparison, patients on anti CCP antibody and detection of RF positive rate was higher than that in the normal group, with statistically signiifcant differences between groups of data (P<0.05); while the RF visible value comparison of two methods for the detection sensitivity in the sensitivity is slightly higher than that of anti CCP antibody however, speciifcity, the positive predictive value of anti CCP antibody, negative predictive value and the total coincidence rate is higher than RF, statistically significant differences (P<0.05) data comparison.Conclusion the anti CCP antibody and RF detection were is valuable in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, but RF is more sensitive, and specific detection of anti CCP antibodies more value, according to the different application, combined detection of rheumatoid arthritis respond more important.%目的：比较探讨抗CCP抗体和RF对类风湿性关节炎的诊断价值。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月间我院收治的60例类风湿性关节炎患者作为患者组，并抽取同期到院健康体检的60例健康人群作为正常组，两组均于清晨静脉采血以进行抗CCP抗体和RF检测，计算比较两种检测方法的敏感度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值以及总符合率。结果在两组患者阳性检出率比较中，患者组在抗CCP抗体和RF检测中的阳性检出率均高于正常组，组间数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而两种检测方法敏感度等价值的比较中可见RF的敏感度略高于抗CCP抗体，但抗CCP抗体的特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值以及总符合率均高于RF，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论抗CCP抗体与RF检测对类风湿性关节炎均具有诊断价值，但RF更具敏感度，而抗CCP抗体的特异性检测更具价值，根据两者的不同，联合应用应对类风湿性关节炎的检测更具重要意义。
