健康教育护理对高血压患者的效果研究

摘要

目的：探究高血压患者采用健康教育护理的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年11月收治的36例高血压患者进行研究，随机分组，实验组为19例患者，在常规治疗的同时给予全面的健康教育护理，对照组17例患者，只采用常规治疗，观察两组患者的治疗依从性和效果。结果实验组患者的血压达标、疾病认知和治疗的依从性好于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压患者在常规的治疗中采取全面的健康教育护理，可以提高药物的依从性，了解疾病相关的知识，良好控制血压，减少并发症，提高生活质量。%ObjectiveTo explore health education nursing method and its application effect in treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods Choose 36 patients with hypertension that are treated in hospital from April 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 19 patients in study group are given health education in addition to conventional treatment, while 17 patients in control group are given conventional treatment, and then observe and compare patients’ treatment compliance and treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ blood pressure, their awareness of illness and treatment compliance in study group are better than counterparts in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education is of clinical efifcacy in treatment of hypertension, it is conducive to increasing treatment compliance and promoting patients’ awareness of illness, controlling blood pressure effectively, reducing complication incidence and increasing patients’ quality of life.
