人工流产术前米索前列醇阴道使用较口服安全的临床效果评价

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different administration ways of application of misoprostol before artiifcial abortion. MethodsIn our hospital 218 cases of voluntary induced abortion in early pregnancy women's health, the control group was given oral misoprostol, observation group received vaginal misoprostol placement, compared two groups of patients with uterus flabby degree, expanding palace pain degree, expanding palace of time, amount of bleeding during the operation, the artificial abortion syndrome and adverse drug reaction. ResultsIn the observation group than in the control group the uterus lfabby degree good, dilating time is short, expanding palace when the pain, the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome rate is low, the differences between groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.01); the two group in the intraoperative bleeding volume and drug adverse reactions compared no signiifcant difference signiifcance (P>0.05).Conclusion Artiifcial abortion preoperative vaginal misoprostol for cervical dilatation can effectively, and the security is good, should be promoted in the clinical application.%目的：探讨人工流产术前米索前列醇不同给药途径应用的临床效果。方法选取我院218例自愿行人工流产术的健康早期妊娠妇女，对照组给予口服米索前列醇，观察组给予阴道置入米索前列醇，比较两组患者宫口松弛程度、扩宫时疼痛程度、扩宫时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合征及药物不良反应。结果观察组较对照组宫口松弛程度好，扩宫时间短，扩宫时疼痛轻，人工流产综合征发生率低，各项组间差异比较有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组在术中出血量和药物不良反应方面差异比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论人工流产术前米索前列醇阴道给药能有效扩张宫颈，且安全性好。
