中医辨治在运动神经元病的治疗观察

摘要

目的：本文主要探讨了中医辨治在运动神经元病的治疗中的作用和效果。方法选取我院于2013年7月～2014年7月收治的38例运动神经元病患者，随机分为观察组（19例）和对照组（19例），对其进行中医辨治，所有患者均使用综合治疗，观察组在此基础上静脉滴注参脉注射液250 ml，最后观察两组患者的治疗效果并进行比较。结果经过治疗，在所有38例患者中，有效率观察组89.5%，对照组63.2%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。观察组ALS治疗前总积分为（25.31±5.15）分、治疗后为（31.12±4.05）分，对照组治疗前总积分为（23.11±4.11）分、治疗后为（27.02±3.23）分。两组自身治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。结论对运动神经元病患者进行中医辨治，能有效缓解患者的病情，提高患者的生活质量。%ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and in the treatment of motor neuron disease.Methods 38 patients with motor neuron disease patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group cases), the observation group on the basis of Shenmai injection for intravenous drip on the 250ml, the last of the two groups were observed and compared the treatment effect.Results After the treatment, in all 38 patients, efifciency of the observation group 89.5%, control group 63.2%, two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group before and after ALS treatment and control group before and after treatment, the total volume of total integral comparison, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with motor neuron disease, can effectively relieve patients, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
