回顾性总结分析急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理价值

Objective Study on clinical value of clinical nursing care to the patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods124 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided randomly into two groups. Observe special care including pain management, acute myocardial infarction medications after nursing, thrombolytic therapy nursing, Stenting care. Results Special nursing care of acute myocardial infarction observed group was superior to general care control group,P<0.05. Statistical results meeted statistical significance.ConclusionSpecial nursing care of acute myocardial infarction is important in the course of treatment of acute myocardial infarction.%目的：探讨临床护理在急性心肌梗死恢复过程中的价值。方法收集我院急性心肌梗死患者124例，分为两组，观察组急性心肌梗死特殊护理包括疼痛护理、用药护理、溶栓护理、支架术后护理。结果急性心肌梗死特殊护理的观察组总有效率优于常规护理的对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论在急性心肌梗死的治疗过程中，急性心肌梗死特殊护理具有重要价值。
