真性小眼球继发青光眼的手术治疗分析

摘要

目的：探讨真性小眼球继发青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月～2014年10月收治的真性小眼球继发青光眼患者10例20眼手术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果术后矫正视力光感3眼，0.1～0.3者4眼，0.2～0.3者8眼，0.5者3眼，＞0.7者2眼；术后眼压10～20 mm Hg，平均15 mm Hg，脉络膜渗漏者术后前房1 d形成，脉络膜脱离术后1 w复位。结论对眼压不易控制的真性小眼球患者，应该主张尽早手术治疗，手术方法各有所异，但是无论哪一种手术均有着潜在的危险。%Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy of true small eye secondary glaucoma.Methods February 2012~October 2014 true small eye treated 10 patients with secondary glaucoma surgery 20 clinical data were analyzed.ResultsPostoperative visual acuity of light perception 3, 0.1 to 0.3 in 4 cases, 8 cases from 0.2 to 0.3, 0.5 in three cases, >0.7 were two cases, IOP 10 ~ 20 mm Hg, an average of 15 mm Hg, choroidal inifltration drain postoperative anterior chamber 1 d formation , choroidal detachment after 1w reset. ConclusionThe true small eye IOP difficult to control, should advocate early surgical treatment, surgical methods each have their differences, but no matter what kind of dangerous surgery, both have potential.
