围产期保健卡在围产期保健管理中的应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析围产期保健卡应用于围产期保健管理中的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月～2014年3月我院围产期保健管理情况，从中抽取110例孕产妇作为本次研究对象，应用围产期保健卡实施保健管理，观察分析应用情况和效果。结果筛查出36例高危妊娠产妇，围产儿病死率较低。结论通过本次研究结果的分析可知，在围产期保健管理中应用围产期保健卡，有利于孕产妇的规范化管理，避免和减少高危妊娠的发生，确保孕产妇的安全。%Objective To investigate the analysis of perinatal health card used inperinatal health care management effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 February~2014 March in our hospital, conifning conditions of health management period, extracted from 110 pregnant women as the object of study, application of perinatal health care card implementation of health management, application and effect observation analysis.Results 36 cases of maternal screening out high-risk pregnancy, perinatal mortality rate is low.Conclusion Through the analysis of the results known, application of perinatal health card in perinatal health care management, is conducive to the standardized management of pregnant women, avoid and reduce high-risk pregnancy, ensurethe safety of pregnant women.
