中西医结合治疗急性附睾睾丸炎的效果

摘要

目的：分析与探讨中西医结合治疗急性附睾睾丸炎的效果。方法选取100例2014年1月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的急性附睾睾丸炎患者，以随机方式将其平均分为两组，即：对照组与观察组，对对照组患者行头孢曲松常规对症治疗，对观察组患者行中药消核止痛汤联合敏感抗生素、头孢曲松中西医结合对症治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论研究表明，对急性附睾睾丸炎实施中西医结合治疗，能够有效提升附睾睾丸炎治愈率，疗效显著。%ObjectiveThe analysis and discussion of the combination therapy of acute epididymal orchitis effect.Methods100 cases in January 2014 - January 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with acute epididymal orchitis, in a random manner to its average divided into two groups, namely: the control group and the observation group, the control group of patients with cephalosporin Qusum conventional symptomatic treatment of patients in the observation group elimination of nuclear medicine soup joint pain sensitive antibiotic, ceftriaxone Integrative symptomatic treatment, comparing treatment groups of patients.Results The observation group was significantly higher treatment efficiency,P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion The study showed that acute epididymal orchitis implemented in combination therapy, can effectively improve the cure rate epididymal orchitis, a significant effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
