舒适护理在皮肤软组织扩张器植入术后患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨舒适护理模式在皮肤软组织扩张器植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法对行皮肤软组织扩张器植入术的90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组给予舒适护理。比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率及舒适感。结果观察组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），舒适感明显优于对照组（P＜0.05)。结论舒适护理能提高皮肤软组织扩张器植入术后的舒适感，降低并发症的发生率。%Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing mode in patients with the skin soft tissue expander implantation.Methods 90 patients with line of skin soft tissue expander implantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 45 cases, Control group adopted the routine nursing mode, the observation group was given comfortable nursing. Compare the incidence of postoperative complications and comfort of patients in two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05), the comfort was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can signiifcantly improve comfort after implantation of the skin soft tissue expander and reduce the incidence of complications.
