肝性脑病的综合治疗措施分析

摘要

目的：探讨肝性脑病患者综合治疗。方法选取26例肝性脑病患者的临床综合治疗资料进行分析。结果经治疗清醒时间2～30 h，显效10例，有效13例，无效3例，清醒率88.46％。结论肝性脑病并不是一个独立的疾病，病情重，病死率高，治疗效果差，关键在于预防。%Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods Analyzed 26 cases of comprehensive treatment of hepatic encephalopathy clinical data.Results After treatment recovery time 2 to 30 hours, there were 10 cases markedly effective 13 cases effective , 3 cases invalid, a clear rate of 88.46%.ConclusionHepatic encephalopathy is not an independent disease, severe illness,high mortality and poor treatment, the key is prevention.
