老年高血压患者运动性高血压的临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate of the elderly patients with hypertension abnormal situation, understanding the relationship between the change of heart, and carotid artery intima-media.Methods Selected 30 cases on the increase of movement blood pressure abnormal in our hospital, monitoring the patients exercise blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure with blood pressure monitoring instrument, selected 32 cases of the normal movement of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients from the same period in comparison, investigate the differences between the elderly patients with rise of abnormal movement blood pressure with the elderly patients with rise of normal movement blood pressure. Results It is no differences in control of average blood pressure with elderly patients with hypertension in abnormal exercise blood pressure and exercise blood pressure patients, carotid intima-media thickness, LAd, and LVM patients exists difference, the LVIDd, LVPWT, etc IVST had no difference signiifcance.Conclusion The affected of elderly patients with hypertension in abnormal exercise blood pressure is vascular intima and heart damage, control the patients with resting blood pressure in clinical ,also need to attention the reaction of exercise blood pressure..%目的：对老年高血压患者运动性高血压异常情况进行探讨分析，了解其和心脏改变、颈动脉内膜的关系。方法对我院接收的30例运动血压异常升高老年高血压患者使用血压监测仪器来进行患者的运动血压以及动态血压监测，从同期中选取32例运动血压正常的老年高血压患者进行对比，探讨运动血压异常上升的老年高血压患者和正常老年高血压患者之间的差异性。结果老年高血压患者的运动血压异常升高和运动血压症状患者的平均血压控制并无差异性，患者的颈动脉内膜厚度、LAd、及LVM存在差异性，其LVIDd、LVPWT、IVST等无差异性。结论老年高血压运动性高血压异常情况是受到了血管内膜和心脏损伤的影响。临床中对高血压患者的静息血压进行控制之外，也需要对其运动血压异常反应给予关注。
