肾脏生化检验中分级检验的临床应用观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the renal biochemical test, using the application effect of grading test. Methods 80 patients with kidney disease in our hospital blood (observation group) and 80 cases of healthy physical examination over the same blood sample (control group) as the research object, and hierarchical inspection and produced on the kidney and biochemical test, compared two groups of test results and the different inspection methods of test results. Results The observation group the inspection results were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the observation group grading inspection effect is signiifcantly superior to trawl effect (P<0.01), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion In the kidney and biochemical test hierarchical inspection application effect is remarkable, with high sensitivity and accuracy.%目的：探讨在肾脏生化检验中采用分级检验的应用效果。方法以本院80例肾脏疾病患者血样（观察组）、80例同期健康体检者血样（对照组）为研究对象，同时采用分级检验与拉网式检验进行肾脏生化检验，对比两组检验效果以及不同检验方式的检验效果。结果观察组各项检验结果均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组分级检验效果显著优于拉网式检验效果（P＜0.01），差异均具有统计学意义。结论在肾脏生化检验中采用分级检验的应用效果显著，具有较高灵敏度与准确度。
