急性肾衰竭临床治疗分析

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of patients with acute renal failure. Methods Patients with acute renal failure in clinical treatment effects of 30 cases were analyzed. Results Treatment of acute renal failure were cured , 20 cases were discharged into the urine of more than eight cases and 2 deaths. Conclusion The acute phase due to the glomerular ifltration rate, the occurrence of transient oliguria and azotemia, by removing the infection, diuretic blood pressure and other symptomatic treatment, most rapid recovery, few patients developed oliguric acute renal failure, dialysis treatment can be used.%目的：探讨急性肾衰竭患者的临床治疗。方法选取急性肾衰竭患者30例临床治疗方法效果进行分析。结果经治疗急性肾衰竭经治疗治愈20例，进入多尿期后自动出院8例，死亡2例。结论急性期因肾小球滤过率下降，发生暂时性少尿和氮质血症，经去除感染、利尿降压等对症治疗，大多数较快恢复，少数患者发展为少尿型急性肾衰竭，可采用透析治疗。
