保妇康凝胶联合诺氟沙星治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective Observe the clinical effects of bao fu kang gel combined with norlfoxacin in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 102 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into observation group(n=51) and control group(n=51), the observation group were treated by bao fu kang gel with norlfoxacin therapy, the control group were treated by mi bolt treatment. Results Observation group cure rate was 88.2%, the control group was 70.6%, compared two groups was statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Bao fu kang gel combined with norfloxacin in the treatment of cervical erosion has obvious therapeutic effect, worth clinical promotion.%目的：观察保妇康凝胶联合诺氟沙星治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法102例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各39例，观察组患者采用保妇康凝胶联合诺氟沙星治疗，对照组患者采用消糜栓治疗。结果观察组治愈率为88.2%，对照组为70.6%，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论保妇康凝胶联合诺氟沙星治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著。
