补阳还五汤结合针刺法治疗中风后遗症34例疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the method of tonifying Yang also five decoction combined with acupuncture in the clinical curative effect of ischemic stroke sequela. Methods Choose tonifying Yang also five decoction combined with acupuncture treatment for stroke sequela 34 cases, and compared with using pure western medicine treatment of 34 cases. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 94.1%, control group total effective rate 85.3%. The total effective rate, after statistics processing similar between the two groups have statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Tonifying Yang also five decoction, acupuncture and moxibustion, two together can obviously reduce the body recovery time, improve the efifciency of treatment, obvious effect in the clinical treatment of stroke sequelae.%目的：观察补阳还五汤结合针刺法在缺血性中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法选用补阳还五汤结合针刺法治疗中风后遗症34例，并与单纯使用西药治疗的34例进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率94.1%，对照组总有效率85.3%。两组总有效率经统计学处理，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论补阳还五汤、针灸，二者合用能够明显缩短机体恢复时间，提高治疗效率，在中风后遗症的临床治疗中效果显著。
