膝周神经射频热凝治疗顽固性膝骨关节炎疼痛的临床疗效分析

Objective To analyze the knee peripheral nerve radiofrequency treatment of intractable pain in knee osteoarthritis treatment.Methods Patients with knee osteoarthritis pain refractory 80 cases, the reference group treated with conventional therapy, the experimental group therapy plus conventional knee peripheral nerve radiofrequency treatment, compared to the therapeutic effect.Results The experimental group patients excellent rate, knee function, knee pain intensity was significantly better than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion The knee peripheral nerve clinical efficacy of radiofrequency treatment of intractable pain of knee osteoarthritis exact, worthy of promotion.%目的：分析膝周神经射频热凝治疗顽固性膝骨关节炎疼痛疗效。方法选取顽固性膝骨关节炎疼痛患者80例，参照组给予常规治疗，试验组给予常规治疗加膝周神经射频热凝治疗，对比治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗优良率、膝关节活动功能、膝关节疼痛程度明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论膝周神经射频热凝治疗顽固性膝骨关节炎疼痛的临床疗效确切。
