前路减压内固定治疗陈旧性胸腰段骨折伴脊髓损伤临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨前路减压内固定治疗陈旧性胸腰段骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床疗效。为临床提供可靠的数据。方法随机选取自2013年1月～2014年5月间收治的100名患者，随机分配各50例为实验组和对照组，对实验组患者采用前路减压内固定的方案，对照组则采用后路融合手术方案进行治疗，并对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果经过一段时间的治疗后，实验组的总有效率为96%，对照组的总有效率为84%。两组在经过治疗后ASIS感觉评分，运动功能评分，FIM评分， MBI评分均得到了明显的提高，但实验组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过采用前路减压内固定的方法可以有效治疗陈旧性胸腰段骨折伴脊髓损伤，疗效显著。%Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy of fracture with spinal cord injury of anterior decompression and internal fixation for the treatment of old thoracolumbar.
