激素治疗结核渗出性胸膜炎的效果研究

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the method and effect of glucocorticoids treatment on patients with tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Methods Choose 33 patients with tuberculous exudative pleurisy from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected randomly ,19 patients in study group were given glucocorticoids treatment, while 14 patients in control group were given conventional anti-tuberculosis medication treatment, and then the treatment effects between two groups were compared. Results The time for fever and absorption of pleural lfuid of the patients in experimental group were quite shorter than those in control group, and side-effect incidence in study group is 5.3%, while, side-effect incidence in control group is 21.43%, there is a significant treatment difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of glucocorticoids Treatment on patients with Tuberculous exudative pleurisy can relieve physical uncomfortable symptoms and prevent from pleural thickening and adhesions and other complications. Thus, such an effective treatment is worthy to be promoted widespread.%目的：探究结核渗出性胸膜炎患者采用激素治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年6月收治的33例结核渗出性胸膜炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组19例患者采用激素治疗，对照组14例患者选择常规抗结核药物的治疗，对比患者的疗效。结果实验组患者胸液的吸收时间、发热的改善时间明显短于对照组，且实验组不良反应率为5.3%，对照组不良反应率为21.43%，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论结核渗出性胸膜炎患者采用激素治疗，可在较短时间内缓解身体的不适症状，还可减少胸膜肥厚、粘连等并发症的出现，效果显著。
