Sysmex XT-4000i型与800i型血细胞分析仪日常检测结果比对分析

ObjectiveTo explore the consistency and comparability of the results between the two Sysmex blood cell analyzer of XT-4000i type and 800i type hematology analyzer.MethodsThree specimens, detected in the Sysmex XT-4000i blood cell analyzer to WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT of high value, median and low value, were selected respectively to examine in the Sysmex XT-4000i blood cell analyzer and 800i blood cell analyzer using manual mode. The internal quality control related data of two equipments nearly 30 days at high, low level, were selected to analyze within-batch precision and inter-day precision of two equipments and analyze the linear regression and daily comparison results, explore the consistency and comparability of the results.ResultsThere was a good linear relationship between the results of Sysmex type XT-4000i and type 800i blood cell analyzer.Conclusion Strengthen the comparative analysis of Sysmex XT-4000i and 800i blood cell analyzer, can ensure the comparability of the test outcome, so as to enhance the quality in blood routine test.%目的：通过对实验室内两台Sysmex血细胞分析仪XT-4000i型与800i型进行日常比对，探讨两台血液分析仪检测结果的一致性和可比性。方法取当天已在Sysmex XT-4000i型血细胞分析仪检测的WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT的高值、中值、低值三个标本，分别在sysmex XT-4000i型血细胞分析仪和800i型血细胞分析仪再进行手动模式捡测。调取两台设备近30天室内质控高、低两水平质控物相关数据，分析两台血液分析仪的批内精密度及天间精密度，分析日常比对结果的线性回归，观察两台设备检测结果的一致性和可比性。结果Sysmex XT-4000i型与800i型血细胞仪分析仪日常检测结果有良好的线性关系。结论加强血细胞分析仪Sysmex XT-4000i型与800i型的比对分析，可保证日常检测结果的可比性，从而提升科室血常规检测的检测质量。
