50例重型颅脑损伤患者的急救护理体会

摘要

目的：对重型颅脑损伤患者实施急救护理措施，以此来提升抢救成功率，降低死亡率。方法我院选择2012年6月～2014年6月间诊治的50例重型颅脑损伤患者，对其实施急救护理措施，观察其临床效果。结果通过对患者各项生命体征进行检测，降颅内压，呼吸道护理以及高热处理等早期急救护理措施，所选的50例重型颅脑损伤患者中有43例成功得救，成功率为86.0%。结论正确细致的护理措施以及充分的急救前准备，能够有效提升重型颅脑损伤患者的抢救成功率。%ObjectiveTo implement the emergency nursing measures for patients with severe craniocerebral injury, in order to improve the successful rescue rate, decrease mortality.Methods Selected 50 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014, emergency nursing measures for them and observed its clinical effect. Results By detecting various of life signs, reducing intracranial pressure, nursing care of respiratory tract, high heat treatment and so on,43 patients were successfully saved in the 50 selected cases, the success rate is 86%.Conclusion The right nursing measures and preparing fully before emergency, can enhance the rescue success rate in patients with severe craniocerebral injury effectively.
