联合测定空腹血糖和糖化血清蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的临床价值

摘要

目的：探讨联合测量空腹血糖与糖化血清蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的临床意义。方法采用普朗PUZS-300全自动生化分析仪测量24例糖尿病病患和24例正常体检人员的糖化血清蛋白、空腹血糖含量，分为观察组和对照组，使用统计学方法进行研究分析。结果糖尿病病患的糖化血清蛋白和空腹血糖显示正比关系，两者间的相关系数为：r=0.8134。结论将测量糖化血清蛋白和空腹血糖联合起来，可以当作判断糖尿病的敏感性指标，在临床研究上具有积极意义。%ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of fasting plasma glucose combined with glycated serum protein in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods24 diabetic patients and 24 normal medical examiners were selected as observation group and control group, measured glycated serum protein and fasting blood sugar using Prong PUZS-300 automatic biochemical analyzer, analyzed using statistical methods.Results Glycated serum protein and fasting plasma glucose in diabetic patients showed a proportional relationship, correlation coefficient r= 0.813 4.Conclusion The measurement of fasting glucose and glycated serum protein, can be used as sensitive indicators to determine diabetes, has positive signiifcance in clinical studies.
