浅析成人牙周病患者正畸治疗临床疗效

摘要

目的：研究分析成人牙周病采取正畸治疗的临床效果。方法2010～2012年我院共接收了30例牙周病患者，患者接受基础治疗以及正畸治疗，对治疗后的效果进行观察。结果全部患者的临床治疗效果比较好，患者接受的治疗时间为15~30个月，牙周症状得到了缓解，已松动牙齿被保留，患者的口腔健康良好，外观相比治疗前改善明显；出血指数、前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度等相比治疗前改善明显。结论成人牙周病患者接受正畸治疗能够对其病情起到控制和改善效果，牙列有序，促进了咬合能力的恢复和外观的改善，临床值得推广使用。%ObjectiveTo study the effect of orthodontic for the adult with periodontal.Methods 30 patients with periodontal in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 who received basic treatment and orthodontic treatment were selected in this study. The therapeutic effect of these patients were observed.Results The clinical treatment effect of all the patients were good. The time of treatment were for 15 to 30 months. The periodontal symptoms had been alleviated. The loose teeth were retained. All of the patients had good oral health and appearance comparing to the situation before the treatment. The situation including bleeding index, overjet, periodontal pocket depth were better comparing to that before the treatment.Conclusion The orthodontic treatment for adult with periodontal disease can control the disease and help the recovery of patients. This treatment makes the dentition occlusal orderly, promotes the ability of restoration and improves the clinical appearance. So it is worthy to be popularized.
