腹部手术后肠外瘘患者的临床治疗

摘要

目的：分析腹部术后肠外瘘患者的临床资料，总结治疗方法。方法选取2010年1月～2014年3月我院收治的腹部手术后并发肠外瘘患者的临床资料。结果本组23例，治愈22例，其中非手术治愈10例，手术治愈12例，死亡1例，总有效率为95.7%。结论治疗应遵循一定的治疗原则，可以有效的降低病死率，提高治愈率。%Objective To explore the clinical treatment of patients with enterocutaneous fistula after abdominal surgery.MethodsThe patients with intestinal ifstula in our hospital after abdominal surgery from January 2010 to March 2014 were selected in this study.Results There were 23 patients in this study. 22 cases were cured, including 10 cases with non-surgical treatment. One case was dead. The total effective rate was 95.7%. ConclusionFollowing certain principles, the treatment can effectively reduce the mortality and improve the effective rate.
