口腔正畸固定矫治治疗中牙釉质脱矿的临床分析

摘要

目的：研究分析口腔正畸固定矫治器治疗时患者的牙釉质脱矿情况，对该情况的原因进行了解。方法根据2012～2014年我院接收的100例接受正畸固定矫治器进行治疗的患者进行研究，对患者发生牙釉质脱矿的几率以及牙位进行总结分析。结果共有63例固定矫治患者发生不同程度的牙釉质脱矿，发病率为63%；上颌发牙齿脱矿率（15.87%）要高于下颌牙齿脱矿率（10.38%），两者之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床中接受正畸固定矫治器治疗的患者比较容易出现牙釉质脱矿的情况，患者会因此而受到危害，我们需要对该情况进行预防，避免患者的牙釉质脱矿，降低该情况的发生几率。%ObjectiveTo study the situation, to understand the reason of the enamel demineralization in orthodontic fixed appliance therapy. Methods 100 cases of patients with the treatment of orthodontic fixed appliance in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were studied. The prevalence and the probability of enamel demineralization of tooth position were analyzed. Results A total of 63 cases of patients with ifxed appliance had different degrees of enamel demineralization. The incidence rate was 63%. The maxillary tooth demineralization rate (15.87%) which was higher than that of mandibular tooth demineralization rate (10.38%) with statistical signiifcant difference between (P<0.05).ConclusionThe patients received clinical orthodontic ifxed appliance therapy is more prone to have demineralization of enamel. The patient will be harmed. So we need to avoid the situation to prevent the enamel demineralization and reduce the occurrence probability of the situation.
