心内科房颤患者抗凝治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：分探讨心内科房颤患者接受抗凝治疗的效果，为临床应用提供指导。方法根据我院接收的217例房颤患者来进行研究分析，为他们使用华法林抗凝治疗。结果全部的217例患者中共有88.3%的患者是慢性房颤患者，85.1%的患者存在血栓栓塞的风险性。结论多数心房颤动患者均没有采用华法令抗凝治疗，分析AF患者未用华法令抗凝治疗的原因，21.6%有抗凝禁忌证，25.5%为医生过分担心出血并发症，15.0%为患者不能按要求监测国际标准化比值（INR），26.8%为阵发性AF，尚有11.1%原因不明。所以临床中需要对华法林抗凝治疗相关知识进行普及，让医生和患者都能够加深对该种治疗方法的了解，让更多的患者可以使用这种治疗方法。%ObjectiveTo investigate the Department of Cardiology of atrial ifbrillation in patients receiving anticoagulant therapy effect, and provide guidance for clinical application.MethodsAccording to the 217 cases of atrial ifbrillation patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, for their use of warfarin anticoagulation.ResultsAll the 217 patients with a total of 88.3% patients were in patients with chronic atrial ifbrillation risk, 85.1% of patients with thromboembolism.Conclusion The majority of patients with atrial ifbrillation were without the use of warfarin anticoagulation therapy, analysis of the causes of AF patients with warfarin anticoagulant therapy, 21.6% had contraindications for anticoagulation, 25.5% doctors too much worry about bleeding complications, 15% patients can not be required to monitor international normalized ratio (INR), 26.8% for paroxysmal AF, there are 11.1% unknown reason. So the clinical need for anticoagulation with warfarin related knowledge popularization, let the doctors and patients can deepen our understanding of the therapeutic methods of understanding, so that more patients can use this treatment method.
