分析恶性高血压并发急性肾损伤临床治疗

摘要

Objective To study the clinical analysis of treatment in patients with malignant hypertension complicated with acute kidney injury. Methods According to the 52 cases of hypertension complicated with acute kidney injury in patients of our hospital to carry on the research analysis. Results The study have 38 cases of patients in the pathogenesis of Cr, more than 300 mol/L, and 7 cases complicated with HUS in these patients, 28 patients took renal replacement therapy, 23 cases of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis patients in 5 cases; 7 cases complicated with HUS after treatment with 2 cases without to accept the dialysis treatment, 10 patients not receiving dialysis treatment, the renal survival rate was 70%. Conclusion Malignant hypertension complicated with acute kidney injury in patients with clinical antihypertensive treatment and after dialysis therapy, has the good condition to improve.%目的：研究分析恶性高血压并发急性肾损伤患者的临床治疗方法。方法根据我院的52例高血压并发急性肾损伤患者来进行研究分析。结果此次研究的患者有38例在其发病的时候，Cr超过了300μmol/L，并且这些患者中的7例并发HUS，有28例患者采取了肾脏替代治疗，23例血液透析，5例腹膜透析；7例并发HUS的患者经过治疗有2例不需要接受透析治疗，有10例没有接受透析治疗的患者，其肾脏存活率为70%。结论恶性高血压并发急性肾损伤患者临床中接受降压治疗和透析治疗后，具有比较好的病情改善。
