目的：研究分析鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果。方法2003～2012年我院共接收了500例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者，将其分组为对照组100例子，治疗组400例，对照组患者接受常规的鼻窦手术治疗，治疗组接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后，对照组有效率是88%，治疗组有效率是96%，临床存在差异性（P＜0.05）。患者的平均住院时间以及恢复时间为治疗组比较短（P＜0.05），并发症情况，两组无差异性（P＞0.05）。结论鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗的效果比较好，可以广泛使用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of microscopic analysis of nasal endoscope operation treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods A total of 500 cases of sinusitis nasal polyps were received from 2003 to 2012 in our hospital, grouping them into control group 100 examples, the treatment group 400 cases, control group received conventional treatment of nasal sinus operation, the treatment group received the treatment of nasal endoscope mirror operation, carried on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results After treatment, the control group had the efifciency is 88%, the effective rate of treatment group was 96%, the clinical differences (P<0.05). The average hospitalization time and recovery time is relatively short in treatment group (P<0.05), complications, no difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps were received nasal endoscope operation treatment effect is better, and can be widely used.
