浅析美托洛尔用于急性心梗早期溶栓治疗有效性

摘要

目的：探讨美托洛尔用于急性心梗早期溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法选取收治的50例急性心梗患者为本次研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组常规治疗基础上给予美托洛尔治疗和对照组给予常规对症治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组对比差异较为显著。结论美托洛尔用于急性心梗早期溶栓治疗具有显著的临床效果。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol for early thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the object of this study, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy and metoprolol therapy and the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment. Results the total effective rate of observation group treatment was significantly higher than the control group, the difference of the two groups is signiifcant. Conclusion Metoprolol in acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic therapy has signiifcant clinical effect.
