Objective To analyze the ultrasound diagnostic value in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in applications. Methods 40 cases diagnosed patients with PCOS as the study group in our hospital, 40 patients were selected over the same period as the reference group of non-PCOS, ovarian morphology and size of the two groups,such as the number of follicles with diameters were analyzed. Results The study group of patients with ovarian volume has increased significantly, increasing the number of follicles, follicular diameter becomes smaller, there is a significant difference (P<0.05) compared with the reference group. Conclusion For patients with PCOS diagnosis using ultrasound can conifrm the diagnosis of ovarian external features and internal structure,with high accuracy.%目的：对超声检查在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）中应用的诊断价值进行分析。方法选取我院诊断为PCOS的40例患者作为研究组，选取同期非PCOS的40例女性作为参照组，对两组卵巢形态与大小、卵泡数量与直径等进行对比分析。结果研究组患者的卵巢体积有明显增大、卵泡数增加、卵泡直径变小，与参照组相比有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对于PCOS患者采用超声检查进行诊断，能够明确诊断出卵巢的外部特征与内部结构，具有较高的准确性。
