目的：观察分析小剂量布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入与茶碱缓释片联合治疗中度哮喘的临床效果。方法选择我院从2012年5月～2013年9月收治的70例中度哮喘患者，并随机分为观察组与对照组。先对两组患者实施常规基础治疗，之后给予对照组小剂量布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入治疗，观察组则在对照组用药治疗基础上，加用茶碱缓释片口服。对比分析小剂量布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入与小剂量布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入联合茶碱缓释片治疗效果。结果两组治疗前与治疗后肺功能指标差异显著，治疗后组间差异显著，P＜0.05，两组患者的不良反应无明显差异，P＞0.05，无统计学意义。结论小剂量布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入与茶碱缓释片联合治疗中度哮喘。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of small dose budesonide/formoterol dry powder inhalation combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets treatment of moderate asthma. Methods Chose 70 cases of moderate asthma from May 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital, and divided into observation group and control group. Comparative analysed the therapeutic effect small dose of budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation and small dose of theophylline sustained release tablets. Results The lung function index in two groups before and after treatment had significant difference, after treatment, and there were also significant differences between groups, P<0.05, there were no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion A small dose of budesonide/formoterol dry powder inhalation combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate asthma have great effect.
