特拉唑嗪联合贝那普利治疗肾性高血压的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of terazosin and benazepil in the treatment of renal hypertension. Methods 160 patients with renal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, control group were treated with conventional drugs and benazepil, observation group were treated with terazosin and benazepil. After treatment for 8 weeks, to observe the blood pressure, kidney function and the change of urine protein. Results The observation group in reducing blood pressure and urine protein were signiifcantly better than the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of terazosin and benazepil in the treatment of renal hypertension is distinct.%目的：观察特拉唑嗪联合贝那普利治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法将160例肾性高血压患者随机分成两组，对照组为常规用药加贝那普利，观察组联合特拉唑嗪和贝那普利；治疗8周观察其血压、肾功能及尿蛋白的变化。结果观察组降低血压和尿蛋白效果优于对照组。结论特拉唑嗪联合贝那普利治疗肾性高血压疗效显著。
