目的：探讨外周血异型淋巴细胞在各种疾病中出现的比例以及相关的临床意义。方法收集100例病毒感染性传染患者，通过光学显微镜对所有患者的血涂片中的异型淋巴细胞分型进行观察并进行相应的统计。结果所有患者中I型异型淋巴细胞检出数量为59例，II型异型淋巴细胞检出25例，III型异型淋巴细胞检出16例，同时我们发现异型淋巴细胞检出在5%～10%的患者为49例，占所有患者的49%，异型淋巴细胞检出情况大于10%的患者51例。结论在对病毒性感染患者的检测中，外周血异型淋巴细胞的检出率为I型异型淋巴细胞最多，同时使用异型淋巴细胞检测的方法能够提升各种病毒感染性疾病的确诊率，对于患者有着重要意义。%Objective To investigate the ratio of heterotypic lymphocytes in peripheral blood in various diseases and the related clinical signiifcance. Methods Collecting 100 cases of patients infected by virus, heterotypic lymphocyte of all patients in blood smear through optical microscope were observed and the corresponding statistics. Results All the patients in type I heterotypic lymphocyte was detected in 59 cases, type II heterotypic lymphocytes was detected in 25 cases, III heterotypic lymphocytes was detected in 16 cases, at the same time we found the heterotypic lymphocytes was detected in 5%~10%of patients for 49 cases, accounting for 49%of all patients, heterotypic lymphocyte more than 10%was detected in 51 cases. Conclusion Type I heterotypic lymphocyte is the most in all types, at the same time the heterotypic lymphocytes are used to detect viruses, using a variety of methods to enhance the positive rate of infectious diseases has important signiifcance for the patient.
