中晚期肺癌患者的护理需求与生活质量探析

摘要

目的：分析和探讨中晚期肺癌患者的生活需求与生活质量状况。方法选取我院2013年8月～2014年8月收治中晚期肺癌患者的92例作为研究对象，参照癌症患者生存质量测定量表和肺癌特异性模块QLQ-LC13，自行设计中晚期癌症患者的一般情况调查表对其进行QOL测定。结果通过对92例患者人口学特征进行分组变量分析，年龄、吸烟情况以及经济状况对中晚期癌症患者的生活质量影响较为显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中晚期肺癌患者的生活质量较低，不同年龄、性别、习惯的患者在生活需求方面存在差异，护理人员应加以关注。%Objective To analyze the needs and life quality in middle-late lung cancer patients. Methods Chose From 92 cases of lung cancer from 2013.8 to 2014.8 in our hospital as objects, to design Common life and QOL condition questionnaire according to QLQ-LC13. Results Through analyzing, it showed that patients' demographic characteristics, age, smoking status, middle-late signiifcantly inlfuenced the quality of life of cancer patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Lung cancer patients are different because of different age, gender and habit.
