不同治疗方案在78例牙周炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘要

目的：总结不同治疗方案在78例牙周炎治疗中的疗效。方法本次研究资料选取2012年1月～2014年9月期间在本院进行诊治的78例牙周炎患者，以随机法将其划分成两个小组。39例对照组研究对象以甲硝唑为主要药物进行治疗，而39例实验组研究对象则以替硝唑为主要药物进行治疗。结果实验组研究对象在治疗效果方面存在着绝对性优势，比较差异较为显著（P＜0.05）。结论临床上替硝唑在牙周炎患者治疗中疗效较为显著。%Objective To summarize the effect of different treatment in 78 cases of periodontitis. Methods The study data was selected during January 2012~September 2012 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 78 cases of periodontitis patients, using a random method to divided into two groups. 39 cases in the control group subjects were taking metronidazole as the main drug treatment, while 39 cases of experimental research object for indications as the main drugs for treatment. Results The therapeutic effect in research group had absolute advantage, comparative differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Tinidazole has good effect in the treatment of periodontitis.
