宫颈环形电切术与纳米银凝胶联用治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) combined with nano silver gel for chronic cervicitis. Methods From 2011 October to 2014 July, 76 cases with chronic cervicitis were treated in Five-Three Community Health Service Centers of Hunnan District, they were randomly divided into the observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) , The observation group were treated by LEEP combined with nano silver gel, and the control group received only LEEP, the clinical efifcacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were respectively 94.74%and 81.58%, P<0.05, the difference has statistical signiifcance. Conclusion The clinical efifcacy of the LEEP combined with nano silver gel for chronic cervicitis is remarkable.%目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEE刀）与纳米银凝胶联用治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月～2014年7月于门诊进行治疗的76例慢性宫颈炎患者，分为观察组38例和对照组38例，观察组患者采用宫颈环形电切术与纳米银凝胶联用进行治疗，对照组患者单纯采用宫颈环形电切术进行治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率（94.74%）优于对照组（81.58%）， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论宫颈环形电切术与纳米银凝胶联用治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效显著。
