目的：观察猴头菌颗粒联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将156例消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组各78例，对照组采用泮托拉唑钠治疗，每天40 mg，观察组在对照组的基础上给予猴头菌颗粒，每天3袋，疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗后的临床疗效、症状改善时间、不良反应及复发率情况。结果观察组临床症状的缓解时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），且观察组的总有效率为96.2%，高于对照组的83.3%（P＜0.05）；2组治疗过程中不良反应比较，无明显差异；治疗后3个月内，观察组溃疡复发率为6.9%，而对照组复发率为17.14%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论猴头菌颗粒联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的安全性高，治疗效果好。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hericium erinaceus granules combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods 156 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 78 cases in each group, the control group were treated with pantoprazole sodium, 40 mg daily, the observation group in the control group received the hericium erinaceus granules, every day 3 bags, for 4 weeks. To observe the clinical efifcacy of the 2 groups after treatment, the improvement of symptoms and adverse reaction time, recurrence rate. Results The observation group clinical symptom remission time were significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05), and the total effective rate of observation group was 96.2%, signiifcantly higher than 83.3%in the control group (P<0.05), comparison of adverse reactions of the 2 groups during the treatment, no significant difference, 3 months after treatment, the observation group ulcer recurrence rate was 6.9%, while the control group, the recurrence rate was 17.14%, obvious difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The safety of hericium erinaceus granules combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is high, the treatment effect is good.
