营养支持对提高慢阻肺急性加重期免疫力及肺功能的影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of nutrient, as the nutritional support, on the nutritive indicators and respiratory function of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group. Patients in two groups were in similar in age, condition, course of disease and nutritional state. Traditional method was adopted in the control group and nutritional intervention was adopted in the study group. Results After four weeks’ nutritional treatment, the nutritive indicator and the T lymphocyte of the patients in the study group were obviously promoted, and the difference between two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nutritional support could promote the nutritional condition of the patients in COPD, and improve immunity and pulmonary function of the patients.%目的:观察全营养素作为营养支持对慢性阻塞性肺疾患营养指标及呼吸功能的影响。方法将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾患患者随机分为研究组与对照组各30例,两组间的年龄、病情、病程及营养状态均无显著差异。对照组患者采用传统方法;研究组给予营养干预,结果营养支持治疗4周后,两组患者营养指标、T淋巴细胞、患者的血气显著改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论营养支持疗法能提高COPD的营养状况,增强患者肺功能和免疫力。
